Terms of Service

Welcome to Rawd AI. By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to these terms. Rawd AI provides AI-generated sales videos, lead discovery, dubbing, WhatsApp automation, and analytics on a software-as-a-service basis.

Subscriptions. Plans are billed monthly in USDT via the Plisio gateway. Credits reset on every renewal and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use. You are responsible for the content you generate and the recipients you contact. You may not use Rawd AI to send unsolicited messages in violation of local law, impersonate third parties, generate misleading deepfakes, or scrape data from sources you do not have rights to.

Ownership. You own all videos, scripts, and outputs generated through your account, with full commercial rights. We retain ownership of the underlying platform, models, and infrastructure.

Refunds. Because USDT settlements are non-reversible and credits are consumed on generation, payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated on-chain. Reach out to support if a technical failure prevented you from using your credits.

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the product: your email, hashed password (or OAuth identifier), subscription state, and the inputs you provide to generate videos or run campaigns. We do not sell personal data and we do not train shared foundation models on your private content.

Payments. Plisio handles all USDT settlements on-chain. We only receive a signed transaction hash and the plan identifier — no card numbers, banking details, or wallet addresses are ever stored on our servers.

Storage. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@rawd.ai.

Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and language preference. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking is loaded on the dashboard.

International users. Rawd AI is GDPR-aligned. EU/UK users may request access, rectification, or erasure of their data under articles 15–17 of the GDPR.

Rawd AI is built on a zero-trust, defense-in-depth architecture. Every webhook is HMAC-verified before it can mutate state, every database table is protected by Row-Level Security policies scoped to the authenticated user, and service-role keys are never exposed to the browser.

Infrastructure. The platform runs on Cloudflare's global edge with automatic failover. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days. Secrets are stored in an isolated vault and rotated regularly.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). Elite customers can plug their own Google Maps and provider API keys into the Smart Lead Finder. Keys are sealed at rest, scoped to your tenant, and can be rotated or revoked instantly without affecting your video credits.
